All of our shipments are international shipments are sent Duties Unpaid. This means taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility at delivery. For the United States, no additional fees applies; for other countries, please consult customs in advance to find out estimates for your order.

If these fees are not paid and the package is returned, it will be held until the customer covers the re-shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping company.

We offer free shipping on all of our orders.

Ship within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Weekends and Colombian holidays are not included.

Custom Fajas:

Production: 4 business days

Unclaimed packages

Delays due to incorrect shipping information

Packages marked "delivered" by the courier but not received

In these cases, the customer must contact the courier directly and request written proof for any claims.
Return Packaging Requirements

Returns must be sent in flat, flyer-style packaging no larger than 40 cm x 30 cm x 1 cm. Original packaging is recommended.

Using an oversized box may incur an extra fee of $40USD.
Refund Deductions
If a refund is issued:

30% will be deducted for production costs for custom fajas and custom items in general.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order qualified for free shipping

Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Insurance & Claims

If a package is lost or delayed, the customer must contact the courier and inform our Customer Service team to assist with a claim at info@fajasembellece.com

The claim process will begin once we receive a response from the courier.
Address Changes

Address updates are free before tracking is sent.

After shipping, a $10 USD fee might apply for address changes.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure all shipping details (name, phone, address) are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Package Redirection or Cancellation

If a customer cancels after shipping, shipping costs will not be refunded.

If a package needs to be redirected after dispatch, additional courier fees may apply.
